If, following the oral examination of a candidate, the recommendation is that the thesis be referred for resubmission, Examiners must ensure that the appropriate Notes for Guidance Form is fully completed and returned to Research Student Administration (RSA) together with the Examiners' Report.

The Notes for Guidance for Referred Candidates and the Examiners’ Report will be considered by the Graduate Board's Examinations Group at the next meeting of the Group. Click here for dates/times of meeetings.

Examiners should refer to Advice on completion of the Notes for Guidance before completing the appropriate Notes for Guidance Form.
