Registration
Every student at the University of Leeds is required to register for each academic session you are in attendance. Registration is the formal process of becoming a student of the University. It enables you to attend lectures and seminars, receive tuition, sit examinations, register with the Library and other services and become a member of Leeds University Union. It is primarily a financial process of paying fees as well as ensuring that the University holds accurate and up-to-date information for you.
Your registration will be finalised if you have completed all steps of the online registration form and have been issued with a valid student ID card.
Issue of your Student ID card will also ensure that your attendance is confirmed to the Student Loan Company (where applicable), will allow you to obtain council tax exemption and also entitle you to NUS discounts.
