Transcripts
Transcripts are a full academic record of a student's career and include marks from all years. However, marks are not available for taught postgraduates who graduated in or before July 1992 and these students should apply for a statement instead.
Please note that transcripts will not include your current year's marks. For example, an undergraduate doing a 3 year course ending in July 2010 will be able to obtain transcripts with their first 2 years as a current student and all 3 years as a former student once they have been awarded. A postgraduate student will not be able to obtain a transcript for their year of study until they have been awarded, usually after their course has ended.
You need to contact a different section for this service if you are a:

If you are a former student, please visit our Online Store
and purchase one Transcript for Former Students (first copy) and as many Transcripts for Former Students (additional copies) as you wish.
Alternatively you may complete a form at our Student Services Counter.
Current Students
If you are a current student please visit our Online Store and apply for a Current Student Transcript. Alternatively you may complete a form at our Student Services Counter.
