Multiple instalment plan options are available to pay accommodation charges. Information about how to pay your accommodation can be found on the accommodation services website.

You must complete an instalment plan with valid debit/credit card or UK bank account details at least 10 working days before the due date of the first instalment for the plan to be valid.
If you are completing an online instalment plan you will receive a confirmation email, please keep this for future reference.

If payments are not received by the last working day of the month in which the instalment is due late payment administration charges may be incurred. Students who cancel their direct debit without notifying Accounts Receivable will have their instalment plan changed to manual payments each term.
If you choose to leave accommodation your charges will be amended and your instalment plan will be cancelled. The amended amount will become due immediately.

What happens if I do not complete an instalment plan?
If you do not complete an instalment plan before November 6th 2011, the only option for payment will be payment in full immediately. This must be paid by the 21st October to avoid incurring any Late Payment Administration charges.
The online accommodation instalment plan system is open from August 27th 2011 until November 6th 2011.
Card instalments
Please be aware that emails regarding successful/unsuccessful card payments will be sent to the contact details provided in the online instalment plan setup.
You/cardholder must provide the University with details of any change to the card details (i.e. replacement card following theft, loss or fraud or if the card has been replaced due to expiry – even if the long card number remains the same).
Please ensure you read all correspondence regarding your instalment plan as you will be informed of any problems with your payment details or instalment via email.
