LeaversFee implications

Your fees will be calculated based on your leaving date and not your last date of attendance (unless these dates are the same).

Home undergraduates and PGCEs
UK home undergraduates are charged on a termly basis in line with tuition fee loan liability dates and amounts (25%, 50%, 100%) set by Student Finance England. There is no “cooling off” period. Eg. leaving in week 2 would incur a charge of £2,250, week 12 a charge of £4,500 and week 22 a charge of £9,000)

Overseas undergraduates
Overseas undergraduate students are charged monthly based on 9 months study, without any “cooling off” period Eg. Leaving in third month would incur charge of three ninths of full fee

Taught and Research postgraduates
Taught and Research students (home and overseas) are charged monthly based on 12 months study, without any “cooling off” period Eg. Leaving in fifth month would incur charge of five twelfths of full fee
