University residences are guaranteed to all Study Abroad and Exchange students who apply for accommodation online before the following deadlines:

September Arrival: July 1st

January Arrival: December 1st

You will be able to apply for accommodation online after you have received your Student Identification Number. This will be forwarded to you by email and regular mail once your acceptance letter has been generated.

Approximately a month before your arrival you will receive an email notification with details of your allocation.  This email will also give you the exact start date of your contract.  It is very important that you accept your offer of a room immediately as per the instructions in the email.  Students who wish to arrive early must contact the Accommodation Office, who may be able to arrange temporary accommodation for you.
