Your Offer Letter and Pre-Arrival Guide:

  • When we make you an offer, we will send you an official offer letter and an Information Pack which will include your Pre-Arrival Guide, your Accommodation Guide, Term Dates and a Contacts List
  • If you lose any of these documents, the majority can be printed off from our Downloads page.


Your Welcome And Online Registration Pack:

  • Study Abroad and exchange students are expected to register online prior to arrival. This process will enable you to start using the online facilities available to Leeds students and you will also be able to collect your student card as soon as you arrive in Leeds.
  • Students arriving in Leeds in September will be sent Welcome and Registration information at the end of July via email.  The information will be sent to students arriving in January at the end of November, again via email.  The email will contain a step-by-step guide to online registration at the University of Leeds, together with frequently asked questions, and will also contain important information about what to do and where to go on arrival in Leeds.
  • If you lose any of these documents, the majority can be printed off from our Downloads page.

On Arrival

On arrival, we will help you as much as we can to ensure that you are fully settled into life in Leeds before your course starts. Once you have settled into your accommodation, come down to the International Centre, and collect your Welcome Pack. You can find a map showing the location of the International Centre in the back of the Pre-Arrival Guide which you will receive with your acceptance letter.

Meet and Greet Service

It is also now possible to book the Meet and Greet service, if you will be arriving in Leeds between Friday 11th and Sunday 20th September, between 9am and 10pm.  We will collect you from either the airport, the bus station or the train station in Leeds.  You can find information on the Travel and Arrival section of the International Pages.  The booking form is at this link:
