Room usage 2011-12
During vacation periods, some of the central teaching space rooms are unavailable for booking through Timetabling and Room Bookings office. The rooms affected are listed across the top of the table below . During these periods (shown in pink) the Conference and Events Office have priority booking into the rooms up to the following cut off dates:
Feb 1st for bookings into Easter vacation weeks
May 1st for bookings into Summer vacation weeks
Oct 1st for bookings into Christmas vacation weeks
After these dates the rooms are released for general use.
All other central teaching space rooms can be booked through Timetabling and Room Bookings using the online booking system.
