Introduction

The Web Room Booking software (WRB) has been designed to be used by individuals to book Central Teaching rooms for ad hoc activities and meetings.   It should not be used to book rooms for teaching. All teaching activties should be entered into the corporate timetabling software in order to ensure complete timetables for staff and students. Please contact your school timetabler if you need to book a room for a teaching activity.

The WRB software can also be used to book departmentally owned rooms in the following:
-ISS - for computer clusters - for more information see http://www.leeds.ac.uk/iss/clusters/index.html .
-Faculty of Biological Sciences
-Insititute of Communication Studies
-School of Dentistry
-School of Education
-School of Philosophy

To use the software to its full potential please ensure that you complete as many of the fields as possible with the most accurate and up to date information that you have. This will enable the software to offer you the most relevant location for your event.

This document is intended as a guide on how to use the WRB. If you require any further guidance please contact the Space Management and Online timetabling team at timetable@leeds.ac.uk .
