You can access Calm any time of day or night from any computer with internet access. It’s an interactive multimedia programme so try to use it when you won’t be disturbed, and consider using headphones.

Access to these modules is anonymous and confidential, and the answers you give are not stored or accessible elsewhere. As part of the registration process you will be asked for some information about yourself. This is to help us monitor how the programme is being used and can’t be used to identify you.
