Yorkshire Medical and Dental History Society
The Yorkshire Medical and Dental History Society was set up in Autumn 1991 "to encourage the advancement of knowledge of the history of medicine and dentistry within its membership and the community."
Membership of the Society is open to all who are interested in supporting its aims.
Members will receive the Society's Newsletter and are entitled to attend events organised by the Friends of the Thackray Museum without charge.
Non-members are welcome to attend meetings, except those marked 'members only'. Non-members are asked to register their attendance and will normally be asked to contribute a small attendance fee (£2.50). There is a charge of £1 for parking at the Museum.
