We aim to provide a quality service to everyone we deal with. However, there may be occasions when someone using our services is not satisfied about something and if this is the case it is important that we know. We work with 30 clinical psychology course centres around the country to provide information and an easy to use application system. We do not make decisions about who is successful at each stage of the selection process: this is done by the course centres, but we wish you the best of luck!
We are based at the University of Leeds and have two part-time staff working year-round. We also have staff who join us during the winter to help with processing applications.
We are a non-profit educational charity managed by a Board made up of representatives from both clinical psychology course centres and trainees/applicants. We are funded solely by the fees we charge to applicants and to course centres.
