It is too late to apply for courses starting in autumn 2021: the closing date was 18 November 2020.
You cannot register, start an application or submit an application at this time of year.
The details currently on our website are for the autumn 2021 intake, and will be updated in September 2021 for the autumn 2022 intake, but you can see what's usually involved and start preparing if you wish. Some details may change for the next application cycle.
The closing date for applying is 1.00pm (UK time) on 18 November 2020. Please do not wait until the deadline to submit your application. We do not accept late applications, eg if you attempt to submit at the last moment and fail due to computer problems your application will not be accepted.
We send reminder emails in October/November about the closing date. Your email software may treat our emails as junk or spam, so please check your Junk Email folder and/or Spam Email folder regularly.
Please check your application before submitting it. Once you have submitted your application you cannot make changes, except to update your contact details.
If all the sections of your application are complete a Submit button will be on the first screen you see when you login, in the middle of the screen near the top.
Clicking the Submit button takes you to a screen with the following three questions and a final Submit button, in the middle of the screen:
Only when you answer all 3 questions and click this final Submit button will your application be submitted.
The first screen you see when you login gives you an overview of your application at any stage. You can also get to this screen by clicking Process in the menu across the top of any screen. This gives you the current status of your application, including a list of which sections are classed as complete. A tick means that you have answered all the mandatory questions in that section. It does not mean that the answers have been checked for you.
If you do not have a Submit button on this screen before the closing date then part of your application is incomplete. Please check the list to see which ticks are missing then complete the relevant sections.
When you have submitted your application you will see a screen confirming this and requesting payment of the processing fee (please see the Processing Fee page for information about paying your fee). We will also email you to confirm that your application has been submitted. Your email software may treat our emails as junk or spam, so please check your Junk Email folder and/or Spam Email folder regularly.
By accepting your application we are not confirming your eligibility for entry to courses. The Clearing House can accept no responsibility for errors in the handling of applications howsoever caused.
