We would like to invite you to our next Ask the researcher event – Rheumatoid Arthritis: prediction and prevention.
The team of Professor Paul Emery OBE (Rheumatologist and Director of the NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre) will provide an overview of their research conducted over the last 14 years on individuals at risk of developing Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
This will cover:
- How they identify those at high risk of progression to RA
- The development of future studies involving drugs already used in RA
- How they hope to delay or even prevent the onset of arthritis
- Translation to treatment and patient care.
The session will be delivered through Zoom video conferencing.
For booking and further information, please contact Amy at PPIBRC@leeds.ac.uk. Places are limited, so booking is essential.
