If you are interested or involved in enabling change, join our weekly, live Enabling Change autumn webinar series, providing expertise and support on process, decision-making, risk and engagement.

You may have heard that earlier this year we were planning the inaugural Project and Change Management Conference 2020.

Due to the social distancing measures still in place, the Change@Leeds team have decided to turn the agenda into an Autumn Webinar Series delivered virtually. The silver lining to this cloud is that now we can accommodate even more people in the sessions, and delegates will be able to attend and watch the recordings of all sessions if they choose.

The series of webinars is aimed at anyone involved in enabling project and change activity across the University. There is lots of progress being made across the functions that collaborate together to support change activity, so this is your chance to find out more.

You might want to attend if you’re:

  • A Project Manager who isn’t associated with one of the PMOs in IT, Estates or Business Change
  • Someone who’s been asked to facilitate change activity in your Faculty, School or Service
