Provision of on-site delivered catering
A new framework of external suppliers is now live.
deli(very) is the Universitys in-house delivered catering provider and should be the preferred supplier of catering and hospitality.
The menus 70% of which are homemade by chefs on campus range from simple tasty sandwiches through to exquisite canapés and buffet selections. Many with a choice of vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, fish, meat and halal options, ensuring most dietary and event requirements are catered for.

Should deli(very) be unable to meet your requirements or you wish to use an alternative provider, these suppliers can be accessed for the provision of cold food only:
- Shine a commercially
successful social enterprise providing catering services with high quality
sustainable food provision. Shine has a wide range of menu items across a
spectrum of cost and quality. Available with a minimum order of £40.
Pepper a family-run business,
which operates to strong family values, extending to an excellent, well-trained
and highly professional staff, who are friendly, customer-focused and courteous
at all times. All food is prepared daily to suit each budget, ensuring all
dishes are of the freshest quality. Available with a minimum order of £40.
- Opposite Opposite Cafés catering service provides freshly made, quality catering of seasonal menus that covers breakfast meetings, working lunches, open days, etc. The cafe stands for individuality, creativity, community, quality and enthusiasm. Orders under £50 have a delivery charge of £5.
Please note this is a mandated agreement, no alternative suppliers may be used to provide on-site catering.
