IMC family accommodation is only available at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Please note that University Halls of Residence cannot cater for children. University Halls of Residence offer rooms for single occupancy only. Rooms cannot be shared, but if you would like to be accommodated close to a friend or family member, please make this clear when you register. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, this cannot be guaranteed.
University Halls of Residence staff endeavour to allocate shared bathroom bookings to same-sex flats, however this may not always be possible. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns.
Opened in 2010, Storm Jameson Court offers award-winning University accommodation for up to 450 delegates. Storm Jameson Court offers the only fully accessible accommodation on campus. The 23 available accessible rooms are suitable for those with mobility difficulties, visual impairments, or hearing difficulties. Please book as early as possible and explain your access requirements at the time of booking.

Lyddon Hall consists of a converted 19th-century main hall and an adjacent annexe of converted 19th-century townhouses. Lyddon Hall offers 129 rooms and there are two common rooms available for residents’ use in the main hall.
Ellerslie Hall is situated in a row of converted 19th-century townhouses and comprises 88 rooms, of which 32 have a private bathroom. There are two common rooms available for residents’ use in the main hall.
Devonshire Hall was built in the early 20th century in a 17th-century style, and is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood.
It is located 1.4 km (0.9 miles) from the University campus, which is approximately a 20-minutes walk along Woodhouse Lane. Public buses 1, 6, 97, and 28 run every few minutes between Devonshire Hall and the main campus. Some parking is available on-site and on adjacent streets without the need for a permit. However, a parking space is not guaranteed.
The IMC has agreed special inclusive rates with nearby hotels for IMC delegates, which are suitable for a variety of budgets and include bed, breakfast, and unlimited internet access.
Delegates booking accommodation through the IMC will receive their registration pack upon checking in at their hotel.
Single, twin, double, and family rooms are available in hotel accommodation. For all shared rooms, please provide the IMC with the names of all guests when registering, as we are required to provide the names of all guests to the hotels.
Parking for hotel accommodation cannot be booked through the IMC and is not included in the prices on this page. Where applicable, parking must be arranged directly with the hotel.
