The scope

Quantum communication technologies are advancing swiftly to achieve their grand objective of being part of our daily lives. The past few years, in particular, have witnessed tremendous progress toward this end. Multi-user quantum key distribution networks have already been demonstrated in several ground breaking experiments. Steps have also been taken in integrating quantum and classical communication systems over commercial optical fibre infrastructure. The stage is ready to take the next necessary steps to make this technology available to the public. The focused workshop on quantum communication networks would bring together experts in the field for two days of scientific discussions and collaboration. The workshop consists of invited and contributed talks as well as open free style sessions to initiate collaborations and team building.

Call for paper

Papers are invited on all subjects related to the main theme of quantum communication networks including, but not limited to, multi-user QKD networks, quantum repeaters, and satellite QKD.
