Getting a Minerva account

University of Leeds staff and students will get access to Minerva automatically. Users log in with their IT username and password.

Temporary and shared accounts do not get access to Minerva, neither do IT accounts set up with limited access such as those typically used for visiting students.

If you have visiting lecturers or external examiners/auditors, they will need to apply for an IT username if they need access to Minerva. Contact the IT Service Desk if you need help with this.

Once you've heard the IT username is set up, wait a day and then the user will have their account in Minerva.
