Multiple staff IDs in Banner

In Banner you may see more than one staff ID for the same member of staff. This is because sometimes staff get a new ID when they change/renew contract.

However, only one ID is active and will feed other systems (including Minerva). If you use the wrong ID, Minerva will not get an enrolment for the member of staff.

If you are not sure which to use, contact the IT Service Desk to find out which staff ID in Banner is the right one.
