Go to the Test view of the Grade Centre (or the Full Grade Centre link if you are getting results for a Survey).
Click the action link on the relevant column in the Grade Centre.
Click Download results.
Default settings will be fine for most users. Select Click to download results.
This will produce a file for you to save/open on your machine.
Surveys will not have names attached to answers. This is normal as it is assumed that a survey is anonymous.
Statistics by test/survey are also available, these are based only on the attempts being displayed in the Grade Centre table (Last attempt, First attempt, Lowest Score, Highest Score or Average of Scores).
For surveys, statistics can be a better way to review submissions than the download option.
To view statistics, select the action link for the relvant column and then Column Statistics.
