The email functionality allows staff to contact other users enrolled on the module/organisation. Emails can only be sent to University of Leeds email accounts.
It is only possible to email people enrolled on a specific module/organisation.
Go to the Control Panel (under the module menu) select Module Tools and then Send Email.
Select the group of users you would like to mail.
If relevant, add and remove members to the email using the arrows. Then enter the Subject and Message text into the appropriate boxes.
Click Submit to send the email.
