Blackboard Collaborate Ultra is web based online interactive session platform. It includes audio, video, text chat, an interactive whiteboard, PowerPoint display, application sharing, breakout rooms, polling and session recording. It can be accessed using a web browser on desktop PCs and laptops, and via iOS, Android and Windows devices.
Collaborate Ultra is available to all staff and students via modules and organisations in Minerva. It can be used for virtual office hours, tutorials, student led discussions or informal chat. In order for students to access Collaborate staff must first create a link in their module/organisation. External users can participate as guests.

Collaborate is available to use from a web broswer on Android (Google Chrome only) and iOS (Safari only) devices.
Your lecturers should advise where to locate the Collaborate Ultra link in your module. Click on this link to access Collaborate Ultra
You may have been instructed to use the Course Room for your lectures. If so, click on the Course Room to launch it.
If you have been told to join a session, these will be listed beneath the Course Room. Click on the appropriate session to launch it. Active sessions will say (in progess).
Go the Collaboration, and click to launch Collaborate Ultra.
From the sessions menu, click on the 3 horizontal lines towards the top left. Then click Recordings.
All available recordings will be listed. Click to play them back in your web browser.
