Rhonda Warwick

It is very sad to have to report that Mrs Rhonda Warwick (nee Gordon), a former member of the Central Administration, died in hospital on 27 February.

Having initially spent some time in the University on placement from a recruitment agency, Rhonda was appointed as a member of the support team in the Pro-Vice-Chancellors Office in February 2002. She immediately established herself as a very capable and helpful colleague. Unfailingly friendly, bright and cheerful, Rhonda also handled her medical condition with great courage and composure. Having married in the late summer of 2003, Rhonda decided to leave the University at the end of that year. Despite the comparative brevity of her time at Leeds, she will continue to be very fondly remembered by the many friends she made here.
