Session Overview: As artificial intelligence increasingly shapes how we work, learn, and make decisions, understanding its cognitive and psychological impact has become essential for leaders, organizations, and institutions. This session explores how neuroplasticity – the brain’s capacity to adapt and reorganize – interacts with AI-driven environments, influencing attention, learning, decision-making, and wellbeing. Drawing on insights from cognitive psychology and real-world applications, Dr. Rodríguez will examine how individuals and organizations can harness neuroplasticity to build cognitive resilience, sustain performance, and lead effectively in an era of rapid technological change.
