Strengthen your results day position

That is a Power Move.

You can now explore our Strategic Clearing vacancies and apply for an Undergraduate course or Foundation Year course at Leeds starting this September — even if you don’t yet have your results. But be quick, Strategic Clearing applications close at 9am on Monday 3 August. 

This is your chance to get ahead of the results day crowd and secure your place early. If we're able to offer you a Strategic Clearing place, we'll hold it for you until you can confirm your final grades, giving you real peace of mind about what's next. 

Once you’ve locked in your Strategic Clearing place, you can start getting to know Leeds, exploring campus and experiencing student life, so you'll go into results day feeling confident you've chosen the right place for you. 

You'll also have a direct line to our Clearing team on A-level results day, helping you to avoid busy phone lines and confirm your results quickly and easily.

  • Guaranteed accommodation

    If you accept a place through Clearing and apply by 31 August 2026, you’ll be guaranteed University-arranged accommodation for your first year.
