- DARE partnership
The partnership between the University of Leeds and Opera North entitled DARE is a unique collaboration. The partnership brings together two of the UK’s leading institutions of culture and education combining the excellence of both organisations to inspire artists, students and practitioners, and stimulate new ways of thinking and working.
Since its creation in 2006, over 108 projects involving all nine faculties have been initiated through the partnership. The aim of the partnership is to enhance the creative and intellectual life of Leeds with a range of projects which would be beyond the reach of either party alone, the impact and influence of which will be felt regionally, nationally and internationally.
