Nathan is responsible for the University’s large corporate relationships across the health and life sciences, agricultural and forestry, and fast moving consumer goods sectors. Nathan is also the team’s contact for the Faculty of Biological Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. The aim is to support the academic community to elevate conversations to the most senior level within corporate partners.
Nathan started his career in management for one of the UK’s leading retailers, before moving into early-stage pharmaceutical research working for a world-leading contract research organisation. He then moved into business development for a small to medium sized enterprise (SME) working in the clinical research sector. Nathan joined the University in 2017 with the NHS National Institute for Health Research, supporting industry partnerships at all levels through the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
