I felt more confident when I finished my pre-sessional course. At the beginning, sometimes international students cannot fully understand what teachers say. But after 10 weeks of the pre-sessional course, when we talk face-to-face and speak in English every day, it really helped to improve my communication skills. 

I used to be afraid to communicate with others in English, but after the pre-sessional course I could speak fluent English with my teachers and classmates. It’s very helpful in my Masters degree. 

For my Masters, I chose to study the MSc Polymers, Colorants and Fine Chemicals at Leeds because I was very interested in studying polymers, and the University of Leeds is famous around the world for this. I love the course, and I plan to study for a PhD when I finish my degree.
