My role
I am a Teaching Fellow on the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA). I teach across a range of business and management areas, with a particular focus on management, human resource management and research methods. My role involves supporting students through inclusive and interactive teaching, helping them to connect academic theory with their professional and workplace experiences and contributing to a supportive learning environment across the programme.
I am currently completing a PhD at Leeds University Business School. My academic interests include digital skills and employment, business and management education, student engagement and the relationship between academic learning and professional practice.
