I came to the University through the Access to Leeds scheme, with a Pathways for Potential Scholarship. It meant I could really concentrate on studying. I could buy the books I needed without having to wait for my student finance. It allowed me to do a summer internship in my first year and helped support the year in industry I took in my third year, both in Germany.
