Registration and arrival

When you arrive on campus, scan the QR code on your personalised booking summary at one of our registration points. You’ll then be given a printed copy of the Open Day guide.

There are five registration points on Open Days which are located at the main entrances to campus. These are:

Please remember to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of any scheduled talks.

What to bring to Open Day

  • Bring your personalised booking summary with QR code – displayed on your phone using a light background if possible
  • Pen and paper to take notes
  • Whatever you need to comfortably move around campus. The University covers a large area, so come prepared to be moving around for most of the day. 

A printed copy of the Open Day guide will be given to you when you register. 

Luggage

Limited short-term storage for luggage is available. Please ask an ambassador in a red t-shirt on the day if you need this facility.

Photography on campus

The Open Day is a public event and an official photographer will be taking photographs and video footage. This may be used by the University for publicity and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to take part, please notify the photographer.
