We work with you to understand your requirements and identify the appropriate capabilities to address your materials challenges.

Access our facilities

We offer access to our world-leading materials characterisation and fabrication facilities and collaboration with our technical experts to assist you in tackling your materials challenges.

Our facilities are available through a range of routes, dependent on your needs. If you are an SME looking to use our facilities through rapid or direct routes, you may be eligible for the Henry Royce Institute equipment access scheme.

Check the funding opportunities for each facility to see if it can be accessed through the scheme.

Rapid facility access

Direct facility access

Training and access to our characterisation and fabrication facilities. You will receive support from our expert team and pay-as-you-go access. This service is suitable for projects requiring frequent facilities access.

Application Scientist projects
