Arriving in September 2017
If you arrive in Leeds on any day from 8 to 15 September 2017, between 08.30 and 22.00, you can arrange to be met by our International Welcome team at either Leeds Bradford Airport or Leeds Train Station.
The team can answer any questions you may have and can contact your accommodation to check that you will be able to collect your keys and move in when you arrive. They can also book you a taxi to your accommodation and assist with any travel issues like delayed luggage.
Book your place
To use this free service, you must book your place at least 72 hours in advance by completing the Meet and Greet service booking form. Places are not limited, but if you enter your email address for a receipt at the end of the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are travelling with another University of Leeds student, you should each complete an individual booking with your travel and accommodation details. If you make any changes to your travel or accommodation plans after you have booked your place, contact us with your new details, so we can update your booking.
