Being new to the University of Leeds and an early career researcher, LIMHRN has been incredibly valuable in allowing me to meet others with similar research interests across the university. Not only has it helped me to find research collaborators, it has enabled me to find my ‘place’ in the university. The events held by the network have also been instrumental in giving me the confidence to draw upon interdisciplinary knowledge and explore different research methods, thereby moving my research in new and exciting directions.
