The University of Leeds is an international university, but it's unmistakably British, too. With students and staff coming together from over 140 countries it's a diverse and vibrant place, and we are keen to make everyone feel at home with a friendly Yorkshire welcome.

Our research has an international outlook, focusing on major issues such as global warming, worldwide health problems and global food security. It has helped to shape the world too.

This outlook affects our teaching too, so as a student you will get an education from staff who are influencing thinking on a global scale.
