How to apply for taught coursesApplying for a taught postgraduate degree is a simple five-step process

The quickest and most efficient way to apply for one of our postgraduate programmes is to apply online. This way, you can also track your application at each stage of the process.

Before you apply

Before you apply please take some time to familiarise yourself with the 2014 admissions policy and the requirements of your intended course of study on our coursefinder. You may also find it useful to check the admissions process.

Applications for all modules and programmes offered by Leeds Addiction Unit are made directly to the Unit. For an application pack please visit their website or contact the admissions team directly on 0113 2951330.

If you are a Non UK/EEA applicant it is advised that you visit the UKBA website to check visa entry requirements for studying in the UK.

Supporting documentation

Before you apply make sure you have all your supporting documents ready to upload to your application. The following information will usually be needed before we can make a decision on your application:

  • Degree certificate and academic transcripts.
  • Evidence of English language proficiency.
  • You may also have to submit two references as advised by the academic school. Download our referees report

If you do not have your supporting documents to upload to the online application form when you apply, you can submit your documents by email or post them to the academic school as soon as they are available.

Things to remember

Remember to complete all relevant sections of the application form to avoid any delays in the processing of your application. When you have completed your application click the 'application is complete' button at the bottom of the page.

When you have submitted your application we will send you an acknowledgement email which includes your ID Number. Please remember to always quote this ID Number whenever you contact the University.
