All staff take part in the SRDS. It's an annual review which gives you an opportunity to look back at your successes and difficulties over the past year, and to plan your objectives for the future.

We have recently been awarded the HR Excellence in Research badge by the European Commission for our dedication to our researchers and the Careers Centre has won the Staff Development Award for its work in the front-line training and development of staff gaining NVQ level 3 and 4 qualifications.
