We welcome students from over 145 countries to Leeds each year, making the University of Leeds truly multicultural. Of our 33,000 students we currently have 9 from Bangladesh.

When you enrol at the University you automatically become a member of Leeds University Union (LUU), one of the biggest and best Students' Unions in the country. LUU provides both a social focus and support service for you, helping to ensure that you have the best possible student experience.
There are over 300 student-run clubs and societies that you can get involved in at the Union, representing different nationalities and cultural interests. Whatever you're into - whether it's performing arts, sports, or music - you're sure to find a club for you.
